Most 3-CAD packages have the ability to export IGES or STEP file extensions. If your software can export these, you can then import them into Pro|Engineer, but Pro|Engineer is not a simulation and analysis software by itself. You will have to acquire a product like FloEFD or you can analyze the models in a software like ANSYS, which has CFD. PTC's simulation and analysis software is now called Creo Simulate (formerly Pro|Mechanica), which does not have CFD capability by itself either.
The file extension .adsk is a 3D solid modeling extension, but you cannot import this into Pro|Engineer. The other two extension that can be imported into Pro|Engineer are .dxf and .dwg, but this are drawing file extensions.
