You appear to have applied a uniform pressure over the entire component - both inside and out. Are you expecting it to do anything at all? Are you trying to model HIPping (hot isostatic pressing)?
As a side comment, you've also rigidly fixed the ID - is it really constrained so that it cannot expand?
