I filed a PTC support case for this problem (Case # C12667146), and technical support replied that the fonts in the results window for stress resize with the height of the window. There is not a config option to change the size of these types of fonts. The only fonts that can be changed in results windows are for the graphs. With that said, I'm going to submit a product idea.
