We have keyshot, but I don’t know how that would relate to me wanting to save out a video from Simulation of FEA results with the change of shape from deformation and color based on stress plots.

Creo 2 and before had a File-> Export to image. You could then create a mapkey to automate these steps. Not sure where it went in Creo 3 but I will open up a call on it.

I'm using Creo Simulate 3.0 M050, and the below image is how the results window looks for displacement. The title is no longer at the bottom of the window, as with older releases such as WF5.
