As shown below, the 1g gavity load acting through the centroid of the hook doesn't have an impact in the radii. The hook weighs about 29.24 lb. What this analysis doesn't show is the contact in the upper hole, because it is constrained, even though the max stress is in the radii. What is attached in the upper hole? Perhaps a bolt? Maybe a contact analysis is required.
