Have you considered building your frame with the Beam Tool in Simulate? Since the chassis is made up of tubes, this can be done easily. The problem I see with your model is that it's not modeled for FEA, and I can see why you can't get it to mesh. If I was going to analyze this, I would make points and curves and use the Beam Tool.
