If you insist on having a 3D solid model, consider redesigning the joints where they all have smooth transitions with rounds. In reality, these joints will probably be welded. With a 3D model, you will also generate a lot of elements, especially for thin walled tubing. If you're wanting to analyze the stresses in the tubes, I would still consider using the Beam Tool. It's much easier and will run quickly in FEA.
