There are three ways you can do this.
1. You can create a support ticket right from Creo, if you're online. Take a look at the image below and just follow the instructions.
2. You can log a case through eSupport, if you have an account. If not, you can create an account if you have the service contract number (SCN).
3. You can just call 1-800-477-6435 and follow the prompts.
